Strength Training, Evolved

Expert coaching, individualized instruction, and progressive programming in women's focused small groups of no more than six.

WHY WELL&STUDIO
01

Six people. On purpose.

In larger classes, it's easy to get lost. With no more than six members, your coach has time to watch how you move, provide individualized feedback, and make adjustments.

02

Keep getting stronger.

Strength comes from gradually challenging your body over time, not random workouts. Every session builds on the last, helping you refine technique, increase resistance, and get stronger.

03

Feel known and supported.

Training the same day and time each week helps you build relationships with your coach and fellow members and become part of a welcoming community.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have never lifted weights. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Many members come to us because they want to learn. Your coach will meet you where you are, teach you proper technique, and help you choose the right weights so you can build confidence and strength safely.

Should I schedule a consultation?

A complimentary consultation is available if you'd like guidance before getting started. We'll answer your questions, tell you more about our training program, and help you decide the best place to begin.

If you're ready to train, you can book a Small Group Training session anytime. For some women, including those returning after pregnancy, recovering from an injury, or working toward a specific goal, Personal Training may be the best place to start.

How often should I attend?

The best training schedule is one you can maintain consistently. One session a week builds a foundation and helps you learn proper technique. Most members gain the greatest momentum by training two times a week, as strength gains become more consistent. If you're ready to take your training to the next level, three sessions give you more opportunities to practice, progress, and get stronger.

Why should I choose the same training days?

Ideally, we recommend training on the same days each week so you follow the same training progression throughout the month. You'll also build relationships with your coach and fellow members, making it easier to stay consistent and confident.

Does everyone do the same workout?

Everyone follows the same workout, but exercises, weights, range of motion, and progressions are individualized for each member. Modifications are always available when needed.

Why do you repeat the same lifts?

Variety is valuable, but research shows that strength improves when you practice movements consistently and progressively increase the challenge over time. That's why we use progressive overload and keep our foundational lifts consistent throughout each monthly training cycle.

Can I add extra training sessions?

Yes. Active members can add Personal Training or purchase a Member Punch Pass, which includes four additional Small Group Training sessions to use over the next three months.

What does the at-home programming include?

Members receive access to our monthly strength program through our app. Whether you're at home, traveling, or simply want an extra workout, you'll continue following the same training cycle using the equipment available to you.
